Direct Communication Channel
Onyx Voice API is developed by OnyxForge. The API requires account creation to access voice synthesis, transcription, and voice cloning services.
Onyx Voice API requires a valid account (email address). Usage data — including character counts, transcription seconds, and voice model identifiers — is retained to manage your subscription and enforce plan limits.
All voice synthesis, transcription, and voice cloning is processed in Canada. Your voice models and generated audio are stored on Canadian infrastructure.
This service does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
API keys are hashed at rest. Payments are processed by Stripe and we do not store payment card data.
